Small room for 4 people, 4 small beds, small bathroom

when it comes to advantages, the location definitely does its job + additionally access to a jacuzzi, which is not a very common convenience But when it comes to the minuses, from the very arrival, the lack of any involvement, from the staff, a long wait until someone finally showed up at the reception. After waiting 20 minutes, a lady appeared, who at no point confirmed our reservation, and I will just remind you that I made the reservation through booking, where for verification purposes the reservation number and pin are always provided, which fully confirms the identity of the person who actually made the reservation. A card, on which there were supposedly hours for attractions, I mean the pool or food, but unfortunately, as it turned out later, it did not match the reality. The price in terms of the room standard, I think, is totally inadequate, because although the beds were comfortable, I would describe the condition as if the room decor had stopped in the 2000s. What we also didn't like was the fact that the duvets were dirty in some places, which shouldn't happen at all, and especially when someone decides to rent, I think that this is really a matter that needs to be taken care of in particular... Another aspect is that during our stay nothing was presented to us, the owner and the staff are supposedly there, but in my opinion it's as if they literally weren't there, and it seems to me that since I'm a customer, I should demand at least the minimum, which is why I consider this act to be a total lack of respect for your customer. Just to finish, when making the reservation I had to provide my payment card details, so I was convinced that the money would be automatically debited from my account, + the announcement stated that failure to arrive after making the reservation would result in 100% debit of the amount, and as I mentioned above, no member of staff, throughout my stay, took any interest or verified my person, whether I was really the person who made the reservation.

Nothing We arrived late and no stuff was available. I had to call the phone and was told that room is open and we should stay there. There was no towels, no toilet paper in the room (I had to find it myself). Room was much smaller. Parking insufficient. Wifi barely working. Worst experience I ever had.

Very disappointed with the hotel receptionist, never seemed to be there and when she was, was quite rude, as impression was we didn't speak her language...everything just seemed too much for her. Food was okay, good selection, rooms quite dated and shabby As above re reception staff...

Good breakfast. We came and stayed in Angelika for skiing. It said ski lift not far away- 200m, but nothing was found. You have to travel for about 20-30 minutes to get more than one hill to ski on. Dinner wasn’t good at all. No vegetables. It is quite early 16-18pm. Our toilet was leaking, had to ask to fix it. No one speaks English or Russian, difficult to communicate. Rooms are small.There is a wardrobe, but no hangers. No hair dryer. Swimming pool is small, you have to book a slot. But even if you do, you find other people already there as no one controls who goes there. For the price we payed not worth at all.
