The location is good, but the hotel was not clean. Even after I requested that the bedsheet and pillow cover be replaced, I s found couple of hairs on the pillow cover. Several items in the room were poorly maintained, including a broken and dirty cupboard. The electric kettle was also not clean. In addition, the washroom floor was slippery, and the toilet was not properly cleaned. I had to request housekeeping service to address these issues. Overall, the stay was not comfortable for my family, and I would not choose this hotel again in the future. There are many areas that need improvement. Cleanliness is a basic requirement, but it was not adequately maintained. Towels were not provided, and there was not even a single door mat near the washroom. The hotel should focus on upgrading its facilities and improving its housekeeping standards. The biggest concern was the lack of cleanliness. There are many areas that require immediate improvement. Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any hotel, but it was not maintained properly during our stay. Towels were not provided earlier i had requested , and there was not even a single door mat near the washroom, water Basin taped also not working properly. The hotel management should take urgent steps to improve cleanliness, maintenance, and housekeeping standards to ensure a comfortable stay for guests.

"I had a fantastic time staying at Saif Garden Hotel! The hospitality from the moment I arrived was top-notch. The rooms are incredibly spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Punjabi staff at reception and omani they were good Every hotel where ever i stayed i found coffee tea bags which was not available and the main thing is i am also the one from hotel industry and ad i know water is the basic needs for guest but bengali man in tbe receptionist when i asked for water he denied and the tone he used was disgusted

The room is big. It had a kitchen and a living room. And the staff did everything they could to make my stay comfortable. No complaints. A Mirror in the bedroom facing the bed, I bet not everyone likes the design.
