The beds were good. Decent pillows. Pool was closed. Next to a very loud street. The grouit in the bathroom tiles was hopefully dark or it was mold.

Y'all did everything right! The room wasn't for me, but rather for family members who were moving from AZ to TN. I booked & paid; they stayed; they were very pleased with Red Roof - all aspects. nothing

This was perhaps the dirtiest hotel I have stayed in. The tub was filthy!! dirty around the floor in the bathroom, stains on the entire bathroom door, tissues stuffed into a wall as a door stop, etc. I was shocked at the condition of everything in the hotel.

We signed up for non-smoking room. We get there and they only have smoking. Tell me they switched it due to availability - never contacted me. Did offer to spray room but it did not help at all. Offered me a cancellation after 6.5 hr drive.
