The hotel seems to still be in a development phase. However, the immediate surroundings ,including the nearby industrial area and the trash/debris around the building itself ,detract from the atmosphere, which is a pity. It may still suit guests who are less concerned about the immediate environment.

The staff were kind, there was parking available, although the road to get there is old. The hot water came late, you had to wait, and you had to ask for a hairdryer because the one in the bathroom was weak.

Location building very complicated and annoying check in! The room door didn't lock.

The staff were very attentive and warm, offering to book us in for dinner at a fantastic restaurant that a tourist would never have happened upon by chance. The hotel is very dog-fri3ndly and it is spotlessly clean. The breakfast was of a high quality and it felt very relaxing. We would definitely use this hotel again. It's so close to Bassano del Grapoa and Asolo for two centre day trips.

The elevator was out of order — a serious issue for someone recovering from an injury. Breakfast starts at 7:30, but the "hot" dishes like scrambled eggs and bacon were already cold. As for the food selection — calling it "poor breakfast" would be a compliment. In our "Deluxe" room, the bed was a fold-out — far from deluxe. There was a heater/air conditioner unit in the room, but it didn’t work, and the room was uncomfortably cold. If guests are expected to meet hotel rules, the hotel should at least meet basic standards of comfort and service.
