Staff was amazing! Great location! On a busy street but once inside the grounds you cannot tell.

Location, cosy atmosphere, very good lunch options and bar, very friendly staff beautiful setting, lovely spa area. Open buffet breakfast can be good limited breakfast options, didnt like shower with no doors it was like having shower in the middle of the room

The staff is super courteous, they go above and beyond to assist all your needs. The premises are clean and beautifully surrounded by gardens. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had excellent options but they were understaffed sometimes and the coffee would arrive cold.

The staff were fantastic, especially Natalia and Nancy on the front desk. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The place had a very chilled, cool vibe. Our room was huge, two showers and two toilets. The bedroom was downstairs so was cool and dark. Nothing.

The staff was very nice, specially Nancy she was very helpful and supportive We chose this hotel because of the private pool, but it was freezing cold and we couldn’t use it at all. This was late May so the weather was very nice and warm during the day. If the pool was heated it would’ve been perfect. Moreover, the mobile signal is weak at the hotel but if the wifi connection was good our problem would’ve been solved. Very poor wifi. Breakfast menu didn’t have much of option but it was ok. There is no buffet

Very nicely decorated spacious but cosy. 15 minute walk into town, walking back is up hill. Great selection to choose from for breakfast. Coffee milk water & toiletries were replaced every day. Bef & pillows were super comfy. Towels were soft. Staff very friendly & polite. Was only able to use our Hot tub on the balcony on the first night, after that it did not work. Even after reporting it and somebody coming out to check it it still wasn’t working as it should have. The cocktails were very small.

The property was gorgeous - the designs of the room were stunning and thoughtful. The daily complimentary breakfast was also quite impressive -- and the entire staff (most notably the breakfast staff (Kiki) and the general manager (Olga) went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Highly recommend this property. This isn't unique to this hotel, but the cost of taxis to and from town are between 25-35 euro (and this was during the less busy season, we heard it could be 50+ euro). Would just be prepared to spend extra money on taxis to take you to the center of town (walking up/down a massive hill is definitely not realistic).

Amazing hotel.. Super friendly and warm staff from reception to the staff in the restaurant and house keeping. Special shoutout to Olga and John, they have made our trip memorable. The views of the hotel were beautiful. Our room was the maisonette private pool, it was two floor and spacious. The location was reasonable. You do have to go downhill to the port and little venice but the views make it worth it. The bathroom in the room downstairs had no hooks or places to hang towel or clothes nor the shower area for toiletries but were minor things in comparison to the whole stay.

While we were .6 miles from Little Venice, crossing the road to go down the hill is rather sketchy and made it very difficult to walk just about anywhere. Therefore resulting in $40 Euro taxis to take you anywhere even .6 miles down the road
