10 room hotel in a quite location, 5 minutes from the transfer buses. Not a lot of countertop space in the bathroom. I found myself having to go back and forth to the bedroom for shaving supplies etc. There was a step up to get into the bathroom and a step down to the bedroom. The bedroom step down blended in with the tile floors, so you have to be careful so as not to trip.

Title: Disappointed with False Advertising and Refund Policy at The Anagram Hotel Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) I recently had the displeasure of staying at The Anagram Hotel and feel compelled to share my disappointing experience. From their false advertising tactics to their unwillingness to provide a refund, this review highlights the major issues I encountered during my stay. Overall, my experience at The Anagram Hotel was highly unsatisfactory, primarily due to their false advertising and uncooperative refund policy. It is regrettable that such practices exist in the hospitality industry, and I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others seeking a comfortable and honest stay. Firstly, let's address the false advertising. The room I booked was described as a elegant double or twin room. However, upon arrival, I was greeted by a cramped space that didn’t resemble what was showcased on their website along with the “soundproof walls”. The room was anything but soundproof, one morning I could hear the tenant next door on the phone which didn’t bother me but it did the tenant on the other side as I could hear him shouting to the tenant t keep it down! The room I got was so small they had two separate beds in an L shape as the room wasn’t big enough to fit together. Just nothing like what was advertised. I paid for a double room and no attempt was made to reconcile the situation. I would have been happy & not complained further with a partial refund & stay on in the same room. Just charge me for a single room is all I wanted, but the Hotel owners insisted they made it clear the room wasnt available however upon notifying me of this there was still no option to cancel. So in a nutshell they charged me for a room, said the room wasn’t Avo after charging me and then didn’t give me an option to cancel, & if I did cancel I would be charge the full price! absolute scam and Booking.com should be ashamed of letting their customers be tested this way. The entire experience felt like a scam tbh and Booking.com need to protect their customers better. They were no help at all. To add insult to injury, the hotel's management ignored my subsequent attempts to seek resolution. This lack of accountability further exemplified their unprofessional approach to customer service. The Anagram Hotel's false advertising and refusal to provide a refund not only tarnish their reputation but also showcase their lack of integrity and commitment to their guests. It is disheartening to see a hotel prioritize profit over customer satisfaction, especially when their advertisements set unrealistic expectations.

The facility was clean, and the room was spacious enough for our one night. The AC was awesome! I’d say the location was okay; the usual apps didn’t work very well and we got lost more than once. One of the areas was very close to the facility, and there was a lot of “wall art” and “interesting” characters that made us feel a little unsafe.

Hotel works with a travel agency on Booking.com, and they provide an excellent pickup/drop off service. Hotel location is superb, close to all the happening corners in town, within 5min walk of main bus station, yet not a single sound to disturb a nights sleep. Very clean, warm water& good pressure in shower, all amenities provided. Couldn't be more satisfied with this stay. Would stay again. Wish staying in mykonos was cheaper..
