The staff was exceptional. Beautiful private pool. Great food. Quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Location is a bit inconvenient. Best to rent a car for your stay.

Can't recommend this place enough for creating such an intimate vibe while still offering us a private luxury escape in Mykonos. The gyms are perfect and you feel part of a community of fitness enthusiasts when there. All the hotel staff make you feel part of the Charisma family, helping you with everything immediately on WhatsApp. Wish I had booked more time to taste all the great food and use all the wellness services, will do next time!

The facilities were beautiful (amazing views!) and the staff very very friendly. I was there to celebrate my birthday and they made everything to make me feel loved and happy!

Everything, the staff are the best I've experienced, I've travelled a fair bit and I can honestly say this is exceptional The pool in the room could have been warmer but I'm finding something I don't like.. it's a fantastic hotel

The staff was very friendly. The sport facilities were extraordinary and the food delicious.

- The room. It had its own pool(a large one), also a very spacious terrace. - The food. Almost everything exceeded our expectations. The breakfast (which was included in the booking price), was served as a buffet, but on top of that you could order one of the foods in the a la carte menu for free. The lunch menu was what I liked the most. Truffle pizza, rucola pizza, Burgers, shrimp tacos tasted amazing. - The staff. They were truly professional and kind & sweet at the same time. Especially the bartender, who went out of his way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. - The main pool. - The fitness & sauna. (The place has two outdoor gym areas) The location wasn’t the best, but given the circumstances (most of the roads in Mykonos are narrow) I guess its the best you can get.

Your staff is excellent

All employees were very polite, nice and welcoming! The hotel itself is a oásis! Each part of the hotel is beautiful, specially the gym (both parts of it)! The breakfast is well surved and if a great variaty! The room was also very nice! It also has a free parking lot and shuttle to/from the port! Because of the exclusiveness of the hotel, it's locateded a little bit far from the City center.

This hotel is absolutely stunning, the staff are so incredibly friendly and accommodating at all times! It never felt busy and there was always so much room for privacy. Also the food and drinks are absolutely amazing
