My stay was comfortable overall. The hotel is in a great location, and almost everything is within walking distance, so there is no need to rent a car. The hotel is clean, the rooms are beautiful, and the breakfast was very good. The breakfast area was pleasant, and the breakfast staff were always friendly, smiling, and helpful. The hotel also offers airport transfers. I shared my arrival details two days in advance, but unfortunately no one was waiting for me when I arrived in Mykonos. I had to message the hotel, and I was told the driver would arrive in 10 minutes, but I ended up waiting much longer. There are a few areas where the service could be improved. The pool area felt quiet and lacked music, and it doesn’t open until 12:00 PM. When I asked for a pool towel, I was told to go to the reception to collect it myself. The reception staff often seemed busy looking at their screens and were not particularly welcoming. During check-in, the receptionist appeared rushed, spoke very quickly, and didn’t offer the warm welcome you would expect from a luxury hotel. One evening I ordered a drink on the restaurant terrace, but as the staff were closing, I felt as though they were waiting for me to leave so they could finish cleaning. Overall, the hotel is nice and in an excellent location, but considering the high price, I expected a much higher level of service. Unfortunately, I don’t think I would choose to stay here again.

The property was exceptional, very clean rooms and hotel in general, friendly staff members and the breakfast was amazing. Walking distance to the main area, restaurants and bars. NTR

The breakfast was one of the highlights, with a wide variety of choices, including an excellent selection of fresh fruits every morning. A special thank you to Lina, who has been with the hotel for decades. She is truly amazing and her warmth and professionalism make guests feel at home. Evyenia was also incredibly helpful throughout our stay, and Nicol was always friendly and attentive. The only area that could be improved is the bar service. Unfortunately, the bartender did not greet guests or make them feel welcome, which was noticeably different from the warm hospitality shown by the rest of the staff. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and we look forward to coming back

The location and hotel were great! The sea view from our patio was stunning. I appreciated how seamless the hotel made everything as well from the ferry pick up in the van to arranging activities for us to the breakfast buffet. It was nice to have the path along the water to walk into town as well to avoid walking by cars. The bed was soft and comfortable. The shower is a frosted glass box in the room so maybe better for a couple, but wasn't really an issue. Also, we did have to check in a couple times in person to confirm things.

The facilities and staff were fantastic. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety and fresh choices. The location was one of the best features with a beautiful view of the sunsets, the windmills, a short walk to Agios Charalabos Beach, and an easy walk to any point in Mykonos Town for dinner, shopping, and site seeing. Something that could be better...One night they had live music by the pool/restaurant. We found out as we were returning from dinner. Had we known we would have likely stayed in for the festivities. They should let the patrons know when these types of activities are planned.

Close to town but not loud. Water view. Excellent breakfast. Clean. Tiny table on balcony.

Location minutes to town. Our room number 8 had an exceptional sea front view with stunning sunsets.

Convenient location to scenic spots and free Shuttle services to ferry ports. No problem

I cannot begin to explain how amazing our stay was at this wonderful hotel. The rooms were super clean, spacious and so nice. The view was breathtaking... the interior design, the pool, the amenities, the food (OMG THE FOOD)... 10/10 for sure. Not to mention that the staff was INCREDIBLY helpful and suuper nice and had incredible recommendations; it's a 5min walk to the closest beach, 5min from Fabrika bus station where you can take busses everywhere you want... and about 10min walk to the windmills or to Little Venice and the fun part of town. If we ever come back to Greece, we will definitely choose this hotel again! THANK YOU for making our stay feel incredible!

Had everything I wanted

The staff were all very kind and accommodating. The transportation to/from the ferry was efficient and the gentlemen was very helpful and polite. The front desk staff were exceptional! Our rooms were not together since we requested a deluxe room which was very spacious and a regular room for our adult kids, and I think the different room types were not in the same area. But it worked out completely fine. Very safe, clean and just a block from old town! The closest hotel with a pool and reliable a/c! The common areas were updated and beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and the servers were very helpful. I would stay here again and splurge for two deluxe rooms! Nothing negative. It looks like they might be soon updating some rooms which will elevate the entire experience!

Love the location! It is a quick 7-minute walk to downtown where everything is! Everything is amazing with this hotel. They even gave us a special anniversary treat when we arrived in our room! Breakfast buffet was fabulous as well! Nothing.

The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh options every morning. The front desk operates 24/7, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless, very comfortable, and well maintained. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the island!
