Everything was nice from transportation to the breakfast every morning and the staff was friendly and accommodating Nothing

bed and room were comfortable. the jacuzzi was very dirty, and no tissues in the room.

The rooms weren't very clean - even after being cleaned daily.

This was a disappointing stay as we had such high expectations given the good reviews and higher price tag. Although we arrived a couple hours after check in, our room was not ready and they claimed someone still needed to drain and fix the hot tub, and when we got into the room there were electrical wires hanging from the ceiling of the balcony and the room had no power. There were bugs in the room on the wall and a large snail on the ceiling, we had no idea how they didn’t notice it. We were initially told the hot tub would be fixed by 6pm but later in the evening told that the repair guy couldn’t come at all. They did offer us to switch rooms but it was already late at night by this point and we were not able to use the services we paid for. finally we ended up switching rooms because the balcony door wouldn’t even shut. The disorganization caused a lot of disruption to our short stay, and the room quality and cleanliness was unfortunately lacking for the price tag and advertising as luxury. Please be aware this hotel is not what it looks like as advertised and disruptions may happen. We are in disbelief at what we paid for such a headache of an experience and nonstop disruptions and late night room switching.

The hotel was amazing — very clean, comfortable, and everything was perfect. The reception team was incredibly kind and helpful, especially Sotiria. I had an issue that caused me to arrive late for my reservation, and they were very understanding and even refunded me for that missed day, which I truly appreciated. Honestly, the whole experience was wonderful, and the staff made us feel very welcomed. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay there again. Nothing

Very clean and well designed

Location is also goos, as it close to the airport and to the city center, as well as to other nice beaches. If the hotel was called “A Nice Hotel in Mykonos” it would have given it 10/10, but since its called “Luxury Suites” it’s very misleading. We booked a Deluxe Room with a pool and sea view. At first, we received a room that was not very clean, smelled of sewage, sun beds were full of stains, and not inviting at all. the enterway to the room was with cigarets buttons. For sure doesn't meet the level of a "luxury" hotel. We spoke to reception, and after an hour they moved us to the room next door. We were happy to switch, and indeed the room was better. At the same time, it barely has any accessories (only shampoo, soap, and toilet paper), so bring everything with you. In the shower there were no hot water. At reception they told us to turn the tap to the side marked “cold water” because in some rooms it’s reversed. There is a TV, but you cannot watch Netflix/Disney — only basic Greek channels and YouTube. It’s not even connected to Wi-Fi, so you can’t cast from your phone either. When we asked for a few ice cubes, they told us to go down to the restaurant ourselves and even wanted to charge us €5. They cancelled the charge in the end.

Staff made me feel super comfortable. Perfect for a 1 night stay as a solo female traveller to decompress after my trip. Room was stunning and massage is definitely worth the money! Room service was no extra charge. Just wish I could’ve stayed longer!

Dolly was the best and most amazing host from start to finish. Picking us up from the port with two trips and at the end of our stay two cars to the airport was such a gift and saved us lots of money on taxis, thank you so much! And she made us laugh and gave such a warm welcome and made us feel like family. With welcome chocolate and shots to a beautiful parting gift, to guiding us on how to find everything and showing us her beautiful plants. And the accommodation had absolutely everything we needed from a coffee machine and all appliances, a jacuzzi and just so many human touches. After staying in Naxos in a hotel with no lovely touches this ended our 16 day stay in Greece on a total high. We would love to come back! Thank you for everything what a pleasure to meet you too, I did not want to go home! The property was all perfect

Quiet, beautiful views, great staff No walking in the area

I liked everything. The room was very big and the terase with our own pool was amazing. The view was amazing. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was very nice around the central pool and with very good service.

I will start with most important thing - the staff! Everybody, and especially the amazing guy Alex, were so pleasant, helpful, welcoming and happy to assist in any matter. Thanks to the staff, the staying in the hotel was unforgettable! Other than that, everything in the property is brand new, clean and super comfortable. A beautiful design and a beautiful view, and clearly a lot of thought was put in all the details. Also they serve a very good and fresh breakfast. Everything was absolutely amazing!
