There was no starter package for like toilet paper, paper towels, or garbage bags. We couldn't even get settled in we had to go get our supplies after the long drive there. What was there wouldn't of lasted till the next day. Last year we didnt have that issue.

The location was great Ac quit working first day washing machine needed fix but no one came and elevator got stuck and we had to walk to the 4th floor with my82 year old mother.

Host was very attentive and checkin process was ideal. The home itself, words can’t describe how the open layout made for breathable room for my family and kids. The pools were amazing and the neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors. I would definitely stay again!

I Loved most everything.. The location was excellent and only a few minutes from everything via car. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous. From the community to the condo with its cathedral ceilings. Modern with all the amenities, very clean..In two words, we'll maintained. I definitely recommend to all... I will definitely return. I'm not very computer savvy. I would have liked if all needed info, ID & paperwo required was requested at original time of booking..(Just a slight inconvenience. Definitely not a deal breaker)

This location was great not far from anything.

It is a very good size place to stay with two bedrooms and bathrooms and a very spacious living room area. It very comfortably fit my whole family and had both a kitchen and a washer/drier which was great because we could bring clean clothes home. It was also within 10/15 minutes of everything we wanted to do while we were there. I think that it would be better if: the bathtub in the master and the right sink in the master were able to drain a bit quicker.

I liked the location The first apartment we saw was not up to par but the host assigned another unit.

The place was beautiful. very satisfied with the place Outside trash bins were not close enough to where we stayed. Had a hard time finding it first. It would have been nice to have access to the indoor pool. Outside pool were nice but was not warm enough to get in. Too bad they were not heated.

Easy check in Location was good, very relaxing Little things there was a Dollar Tree shopping bag in the Master Bedroom, no additional rolls of toilet paper or paper towels (two rolls that were there were half gone, no remote for Master Bedroom TV

We loved being on the ground floor: easy to get things in and out, and no waiting for elevators. The parking citation warning! But at least it WAS a warning!

Our family enjoyed our Thanksgiving Holidays in a home away from home. Everything we needed was easy and accessible to find. The comfort of the home was spacious warm and inviting. The host was immaculate, and was on call through out our stay with any questions we may have had. Very nice and easy to communicate with. 10/10 would recommend. Nothing we didn't like
