Nice hot spring with shower, close to the station, nice staff, has elevator, warm in the winter Not for longer stay but great for a few days

Excellent staff. Place was clean. Super old hotel. But it’s worth the price if staying for 1-2 days.

Location, natural onsen Room is very small

The hotel has an onsin which was nice after a long day of traveling The hotel is seriously tired, the carpet is horrendous, and needs to be replaced in the guest rooms and corridors. It is not only old but dirty which is too bad because the rest is spotlessly clean. Other updates could be a real improvement, the single microwave on a TV stand outside the elevator is odd and looks horrible

Mattress was slightly lumpy.

Very convenient location with easy access to Nagano Station, local busses and surrounding restaurants. Also having the onsen was a great way to decompress after a long day. Bonus points for the cold tub. Went to run the A.C. upon first arriving and noticed what looked like mold inside the vent. I promptly shut it off for health and safety.

staff usual professionals. typical business hotel facilities, quite a large room, a nice change from usual hotels. SW facing rooms, good for winter light. Bit dated, inside and out - time for a complete revamp? But OK for a night or 2. street noise not a problem cos double glazed windows. but walls surprisingly thin - could hear neighbor if they used taps, placed things against wall.

The hotel was a 5 min easy walk from Nagano station, very close to shops and restaurants. The room was a little tired but a good size for two people. It was good value for money. The onsen was a nice treat. Everything was great.

The location was fine as the hotel was a very short walk to the station. The staff were extremely helpful in the check in process. The bathroom was nice and large. When booking the room i was asked if I needed parking and I had answered yes. They had parking available for cars, anything larger there was a very few outdoor parking spaces. One space had been taken up but a very small k-truck that could easily fit in their parking garage. I was told I had to find coin parking around the hotel on a very snowy winter night. If you drive anything large this is not the hotel for you. The room was desk looked as if it had seen way batter days. It was pretty beat up.

Good value and excellent location close to Nagano railway station and many restaurants and bars. Staff were very helpful and stored our bags. Nothing I can think of.

Very good

Good location just 10 minutes walk from the station. Easy to catch a bus to tourist attractions from there too. Has a baths but we did not use them. Room was spacious and clean, if it a little dated, but had a great view of the city. Coin op laundry was useful.

It was close to the train station and easy access to a variety of food places. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. During very warm days the hallways and rooms can become very stuffy. Some of the electrics were rather old and were not working as efficiently. Only 1 washing machine and dryer so you could be waiting awhile.
