We arrived late at night because our flight was delayed, luckily we were received by the nice owner of the hotel, she was so nice and gave us the beautiful and clean room, the hotel service is excellent and the experience was great.

The location is fine. Close to the lake, groceries and busses There was no real curtain on the window to block out street and sun light. No coffee maker in the room. Pillows are really terrible. Hard to find any help at the desk.

Nice staff, good breakfast, good price. Clean. Loud music till midnight, because downstairs is a bar. Small TV.

Clean, recently renewed and conveniently located. The staff is kind and very professional. It's my second time at Aurora and I think I'll be back next year.

The location is pretty central. - the washroom does not have a door, just a slider like in a cupboard. - the pillows are hard and too huge - the room and services are really basic compared to the cost. Don’t expect anything fancy. - the reception service is slow and sometimes slightly annoyed at our questions - the parking is super cramped and getting in and out is quite stressful. They have a door that opens into the parking and I had to stand and keep it closed for my partner to drive through.

the lounge / bar outside with beanbags and Shisha pipes felt very relaxed with a good atmosphere. rooms exceptionally clean. loved the mirror and cupboard inside bathroom for keeping things tidied away (a lot of Italian bathrooms for the price wouldn’t have this and it could get messy and untidy). bed was a little hard and pillows were cheap and uncomfortable
