Customer service was excellent. Clean accomodations. Great shower and bathroom. Great parking. We had a really hard time finding it not knowing it was right on the corner of the two streets

Too bad we only stayed for 1 night, but it was an amazing stay. The room was nice, clean and spacious. Toilet was good (and has a bidet!). Breakfast was amazing! Huge and healthy selection of food. There was parking available too.

The staff was so friendly and they had great breakfast options. They had bikes you can rent for a very reasonable price. Location was great close to ferry and many options for food. We walked to Riva and it wasnt bad but you can also ride bike there which may be better but wanted to really stroll and take in the tiwn. Room was clean and spacious. Nothing really loved this place.

the breakfast is excellent, the rooms are nice and the hotel has a warm atmosphere. The location is great, we were able to park the car and the staff is friendly. In the shower there is a nice big pot of body/hair wash attached to the wall. I would have liked to have hair conditioner too.

Fantastic location, beautiful clean and spacious rooms, we didn’t want to leave! Car parking onsite. Fabulous views of mountains. Super breakfast buffet. Nothing! Will definitely return!
