Ahman Suite Villa Sumuide

Unfortunately, there were cracks in the floor, which I immediately alerted them to, that kind of made us "walk on eggshells" through the living room. They did come by to place tape on the spots, but hopefully they will put in a more permanent fix. I wished there was a breakfast option but that was not a dealbreaker. A loose tile in the pool made for a rough surface in one part of the pool. Beds weren't plush, but I didn't expect that anyway. There definitely aren't many grocery stores nearby, so bring your food.

Very spacious with great amenities and the entire family loved the private pool. Honestly, everything was great. The dining table was a little worn, but besides that MINOR complaint everything was great.

The pool was great and close to the beach

Nice facilities in a very relaxed environment, easy check-in/out, even if the instructions in English were not super clear … (There is almost no stores or restaurants nearby, so plan accordingly)

The restaurant next to the villa had wonderful food. The villa was large and comfortable. A bit of a drive to the nearest town

Clean. Equipped with everything we needed for a night stay. Grass by the pool is not trimmed. Musty odor in room and bathroom.

Welcome drinks (assorted canned drinks) Cooking utensils and clean towels and basic amenities provided. There's a nice and affordable cafe just nearby. Location is a little remote, very dark and hard to get to at night as there's not much street lamps on this island. Wifi didn't really work well.

Cozy, clean and kind

The night sky there was so clear that we could see so many stars with naked eyes. Some of our members even comet flying over the dark sky. This location is wonderful for star glazing. The villa is so spacious and is extremely clean. I think the kitchen can be better equipped with basic sauce and seasoning. Though we feel comfortable with the cleanliness of the water but I think the system can be improved. We enjoyed swimming in the pool.

Location was amazing. Only complaint is the couch in the living area. It was sinking in the middle and not comfortable to sit.

Spacious villa, all needed equipment, two big baths. Comfortable and clean pool. Beautiful beach with white sand - perfect for kids. Located very far away from the stores. If you are without car - transfer from airport to villa is extremely expensive (250-300 USD), closest grocery store is 5 KM (1h walk from villa). There is one store in the area - but there are not sufficient goods and the prices are very high. Restaurants located in the area have limited hours of work and close often earlier due to lack of food. ( bengiamin Burger)

It is spacious with plenty of room also for 8 people . The pool is nice Beds are nice Washer and dryer also nice to have Close to the beach and pretty surroundings I had electricity problems one day and contacted staff who helped me immediately. I also got help with sending my suitcases from the hotel to Tokyo. Friendly staff. There was an odd smell from one of our toilets, we didn’t report this but we probably could have. In the kitchen we wished there was sharp cutting knives to cut meat and etc. It would have been nice with a toaster for bread. There is only to sunbeds for a villa that accommodate 8 people. We stayed at the villa in 2018,2019 and 2024 it doesn’t seem like they did anything to upgrade the villa even the slippers indoors and outdoors where the same. Missing lightbulbs outside by the pool and palmtrees.

Clean and secluded

The property was very spacious, had plenty of seating/sleeping areas (tatami room and beds) for my family. The pool was nice, although it looked larger on the imaging on the website, it was still fun for our family to experience. The couch was made of a wicker type material which was sunken in, worn down and quite uncomfortable. However, we made it work.

This facility is exceptional, the houses are very well equipped and very spacious. Great natural light coming through large glass doors that truly helped bring in the outdoors and a relaxing feeling. Kitchen was large with a large dining table, and the tatami room gave a nice "organic" feeling to the space. The outdoor space was lovely but we didn't use the chairs/tables outside much because it rained a lot during our stay. Bedrooms were great, bathrooms are luxurious with great green tea soap provided (we LOVED the soap lol). Great location secluded on Yagaji island and the pristine beach is super close! Several local restaurants within walking distance, too! The only thing we didn't like was that the pool was not heated--the pool itself was great and was part of the reason we booked this accommodation, but because it was overcast and a little rainy during our stay, the pool water was pretty cold. No fault of management, but it would've been nice if it had been heated.
