Polite staff Washroom tap points open and even geyser power switch is missing and a tissue paper inserted in switch place. Very old feeling in the place . It’s actual worth of room 202 was not more than 2000/- which you have charged Rs 3300/-

We LOVED staying here. The rooms, service and location is excellent. While it's not 5 star, it is very clean, well appointed and an excellent mid range hotel for Nagpur. Vishal the Manager is excellent, and Krishna, the service man was very helpful each day. A delicious breakfast each day is also included. Also, has excellent air conditioning! At times it was a little noisy, but this was mainly due to the festival time.

The location is very convenient for the railway station so naturally is in a very bustling area with considerable noise outside. Room size OK but not huge. Bathroom and shower were fine, a/c worked well once system worked out. Staff happy to keep a bog for our return. Lots of cricket symbols and pictures which makes it pleasantly quirky. Breakfast was simple but just what we needed. Not a lot really. Visitors need to be aware there will be outside noise until late evening and as with other Indian cities there will be periodic dog howling

The room was decently clean and functional. The location was convenient for my travel needs. Poor service: Staff was unresponsive and untrained. Breakfast was bland, limited, and seemed stale. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and basic amenities were lacking. Overall, the stay was disappointing and needs improvement in service and food quality.
