Room size was good, the bed quality was just Ok, Hotel location is a little bit inside. Location is a little bit inside, Food was not available at room service. The staff was very less. Just feel a little unsafe as some parts near the location are very silent.

Could not get any helpline no of booking.com not any gate way in the apps. My offered price for two rooms was 4450. But I was charged 5000. I was told this is GST which is extra. No GST invoice is given to me. Staff said printer is not working. How funny
