Food was good. Quite decent for a hotel like this. Breakfast was decent. Location is great, since it's easy to find taxis and autos. Centrally located Cleanliness, facilities and general upkeep of the entire place was bad. The bathroom was extremely slippery, when wet. No divider between the shower area and commode area.

The property is in a very prime area. The bathroom tiles were not clean and had marks. Staff was not very good in their service and everything was delayed. The room service doesn’t know anything if asked about the food order and seemed very confused .

The property seemed to be very old and unclean . Even the bathroom and toilets were really old and in bad condition. The room upholstery,curtains etc are very old

Breakfast was good. staff do not bother about the guests. Room were untidy, bathroom tape was leaking. We have to ask for every service. Nothing was available in advance. No one was responding during calls for maintenance. Central AC was drawback. We were from delhi and was feeling hot whole night because of that central AC temperature. Staff denied to help in this matter.

The food Not maintained. Poor service. Unprofessional staff. Broken washrooms. Mosquitoes and insects everywhere.

Stay and food was good. Room service was good. The reception staff were annoying the night I checked in. Once I'm in my room I expect not to be disturbed be it regarding payment or signatures, just do it while I'm checking in. Especially bikers are looking for a good night's rest for the next day's long ride, and expect not to be disturbed.

The location is perfect and the staff is also good This place used to be a brand in the last decade, but it's old now and needs renovation.

Room was clean Easy to get to from airport to hotel (taxi driver knew the hotel) Room service Hotel staff was welcoming and helpful. Also gave us cash out using UPI for food. Centralised aircon. Tv wasn't working as tata sky was not recharged. Lift was slow and super small.
