Hotel Shelter

Car parking is a problem, food and service not available, no kitchenette ss explained on website and no vessels cups etc to make even a cup of coffee/tea in the apartment early on the morning. The place and the picture of the surroundings not shown in the site. It is a congested lane.

Value for money, good staff, clean. parking is limited only two cars can fit.

It was very clean, the staff is Satya and friendly and we loved the breakfast. The neighbourhood is friendly aswell and there are some good restaurants and a park nearby.

Hotel is close to all amenity. Convenient for lunch or dinner. It is closer to the location we were visiting. Service was excellent. Staff are very helpful.

We stayed at Hotel Shelter for an overnight halt when travelling via Nagpur. The caretakers, Ankush and his wife, were very friendly, forthcoming and helpful. It is very easy to locate the Hotel and check in process is smooth as well. The room is small but has all basic amenities like AC, hot water in bathroom, clean linen and basic toiletries. We were travelling with our pet dog who was accommodated with ease. Overall I would recommend this hotel for short stays and overnight halts. The hotel is on a busy road so expect some noise from the road.

The staff. Especially Mr. Ankush who is so well spoken and kind. He helped me with everything. He even came to drop me to the railway station at 3am as I was not able find an auto. The rooms were clean hygienic

Property is petfriendly and thats what our preference is. Staff is good and helpful and provide assistance whatever help is needed. Food is available via swiggy and zomato as the place is near market. We got Tea and poha on payment in the room itself. Staff prepares that. Little old but as its pet friendly and we needed for journey break, we found it good. Rate can be little less looking at the old property.

Supportive Staff and policies. Paid Breakfast. No interferance of the staff. Bathroom fittings were loose. Tissue role in the bathroom and tissue paper in the room were not present

Nice location. I booked two double rooms with a maximum capacity of two adults, but they changed for the fourth adult. Thus it became overpriced for me.
