Location and staff. The hotel is situated in the city, next to a mall and also street shopping. The staff are understaffed but helpful. Don't fall for the image. The hotel might be good at one point of time but now it is understaffed and dirty. The first room's washroom was dirty. Second room was also dirty. Then finally the third room was ok. There is 1-2 people at the reception and another to help you to the room. I didnt see any other staff. The entrance was under-construction. They is no restaurant or in dining experience in the hotel.

The hotel staff is very good and all the facilities are good. The hotel manager is the best, his name is Aftab Khan sir, he is very nice. And there is one person who lives in the reception area, his name is Krishna, he is also good.
