BF was not included in the package I had booked the room in the property for freshen up on the morning of 22.3.24. So I booked the room from 21.3.24 as check-in was allowed only from 12 pm. However when I actually checked in on the morning of 22.3.24, the room was very unclean and the bathroom was in its worst condition. Flush of the commode was not working. Used soaps and sachets of shampoo were strewn all over. When complained, the receptionist told me that it's my fault that I checked in late. I checked out at 11 the same day. Inspite of vacant rooms I was allotted a room in the 4th floor and the property did not have lift. A very very bad experience at Jd sons hotel.
