The Property was great. Super comfortable. The check-in and checkout were easy and comfortable. It needs a regular source of cool potable drinking water. All in all, it was worth the money. It needs a regular source of cool potable drinking water.

Polite staff, clean and sanitized rooms, maintained proper hygiene in washrooms. Even sprayed room fresheners on demand. Morning complimentary breakfast was tasty. Washroom’s bucket and mug, stayed in Room#106.

Location Poorly maintained. Mosquitoes in the room and insects in the bathroom. Awful mattress. Phone didn’t work. AC was a joke

Everything. As i was not allowed to check. OYO confirmed the booking but didnt allocate room saying they are sold out.

On making reservation, I noted that the site listed a 24 manned desk. I communicated that our flight would arrive at 0230am. I reserved 7 rooms and received confirmation. On arrival, the hotel lobby was dark and locked. We found an unlocked door and found two men sleeping in the lobby who told us that they were unable to check us in until 11am in the morning. Even when we clarified that we paid for the preceeding night in order to accommodate our late arrival, we could not be checked in. Our group of 8 with 15 suitcases then walked 1 mile to another hotel where we were treated warmly and accommodated well.

NO PARKING. I was informed that it is mentioned in the Booking apps. But that doesn't absolve the host. Providing Parking is basic. The room was not cleaned on schedule even though told at the counter.

When I arrived I was told I couldn't pay by credit card, even though I'd asked ahead of time and they had said yes. Worse, my first room had a cockroach. My second room smelled like urine and a staff member had spit on the floor in it. After asking to move a third time, the next room had a broken cabinet door and a broken toilet. The guy at the front desk who was helping me was really nice (and the best part of this place) and then inspected a bunch of rooms to find me a decent one. That one ended up being decent for the two nights I stayed there, except it reeked of napthalene. Breakfast wasn't served until after 9, so that was a waste of money to prepay for. I would not stay here again. It was also very overpriced for what you get. Ask to see your room before you check in!

Excellent location

Breakfast was available in the late morning hours. After 8.30 am. We used to walk to a small restaurant on the main road. Lift was under repairs on Day 2. Reception Staff was good

Nothing in particular Very thin staff...Run by one at the entry and the other who does all the jobs from giving u water bottles to serving.No control over guests coming and their quality..A room for two has 4 youngstars playing loud music and talking very loudly from 11.30 pm to 3 am in the morning...so much so that I had to get up and knock on their door and request to stop music n loud talks..They just reduced it but did not stop. No hot water for bathing.. Poor hygiene kamod ,wet tissue rolls. No tea maker even in the room.. Very small claustrophobic room..While booking I was shown a bigger room even with a small Kitchennet I feel...but in reality,it was merely a 10 x 10 room .
