Room was not clean, dirt on curtains, blanket was not properly clean, washroom was not clean, light in room was not proper. Taking more charges, breakfast was not in time. Nothing to like there, totally disappointed.

The check-in time was 12:00, but I arrived at 9:00. The room price was ₹1,300, yet they charged a total of ₹2,300 just for an early check-in of three hours.

Nothing. It was a terrible experience and would like to report about the property, staff and quality. 1. The hotel is managed by OYO and I since i booked with a third party booking.com, I was asked to pay INR 1100 extra which was not mentioned while booking in your service. 2. The staff were rude and were not willing to help. They simply said, pay or we don't check you in. 3. The room was very dirty and the bed's springs were broken. The bathroom was not clean and when asked the hotel said it is just colour. 4. There is no phone in the room to contact reception and we had to use our personal mobile to call even housekeeping. 5. The paint was peeling off, the wooden fixtures were broken and the door did not have card entry and only a key. Overall a super terrible experience and would like this to be escalated.

Below things I didn't like 1. Room was not at all clean. I had to change room twice and still it was bad 2. The wash basin was not repaired so the water was coming out from the pipe in the basin 3. The bad mattress were not cleaned and it seems that it was used over and over again many times without cleaning with stains all over
