Friendly staff and clean hotel Booked for 2 rooms and 2 adults with breakfast each under twin beds. But the system showed 1 adult each and 1 breakfast only. Unable to update the guest info. Have to pay extra money for the breakfast after spoken to the property.

Good breakfast but not much variety The room is very small. No space to place clothes or towels in the bathroom. The wash basin is not user-friendly, always spillt out.

Hotel was exactly what I wanted for experience central Naha - great location in the middle of it all and near everything. Whilst understandable considering the location, the dedicated car park is about 4 car parks big. They do have detailed information about other car parks that are close by however, which meant when I rented a car before leaving the area and needed somewhere to park it overnight I was fine. If you want a hotel with a car park immediately downstairs however look elsewhere. One staff member was considerably too blunt for my liking, otherwise all other staff members were very nice.

Very good location and the staff were very nice and helpful. The outside and lower part of the bathroom door was full of dirt and it was yellowish that I didn't want to hang the towels.

Excellent location near the entrance to Kokusai-dori which is about a 5 minutes walk to Prefectural Office station or 7 minutes walk to the Naha Bus Terminal. Room was spacious enough for a solo traveller. AC worked fine to warm up the room on chilly nights and to cool down on warmer days. Good sound proofing - I could hardly hear anybody in the corridor or doors slamming shut. Bathroom was clean with strong water pressure, good temperature control and sufficient bath amenities. 1. The motion sensor lighting at the entrance of the room can be a bit annoying. 2. There are only 3 coin operated laundry and dryers, so it can be a bit of a wait if all 3 are being used.
