When I was booking I didn't realise that toilet and showers are shared with the visitors of the same floor.
-
The walls are very thin and you can hear people from other rooms all the time.
-
The cleanliness if the shared bathrooms, clean layndry, access to showers before checking in. Friendlly statff. My room didnt have windows, it was very narrow for a bunk bed. Space was very tight...
-
Very clean and organized Great lobby - spacious and comfortable Nice breakfast Luggage storage The dryer didn't work properly. We paid for 2 rounds and our clothes were still wet.

Good location, very clean. Every day is same breakfast.

Lots of food options and market within walking distance, and more souvenir shops than you can count. Metro is less than a minute away, and taxi and food delivery was readily available. Fairly clean showers and bathrooms. Coffee and drinks available all day in the common area. Good wifi speed. My unit had a window facing the street, but unfortunately, the window did nothing to stop the traffic noise, even on the 4th floor. Although cubicles had doors and key locks, every door being opened and closed on your floor sounded like cannons going off. Apparently, signs posted everywhere to be mindful of noise can't be enforced. You must be deaf, or nearly deaf, or must be obvious to cannon fire all night. If you're a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. As respectful as Japanese are, closing doors quietly with paper thin walls is a concept that's too difficult for them. I chose the breakfast option, which was a mistake, as ALL 9 days the menu did not change, not a buffet like other places. Very few spoke English at the front desk; so Google translate or Chatgpt. I can't say that I'll be returning, but others may have more tolerance than me.

Amazing location, right in the Kokusai Dori. I liked the free hibiscus tea at reception. The breakfast was mediocre but can't complain about the price. I've been made aware that Okinawa does not feature as many air conditioners compared to mainland Japan, so in my room you cannot regulate the temperature. That said it was fine in January. Trying to sleep early might be a bit hard; room was facing Kokusai Dori so you'll hear all the shop noise until they close for the night.

Friendly staff, good location next to Makishi station. Room is small but it's all you need when you are alone. The bed was a little hard, but that's because I'm not used to Japanese mattreses :)
-
Very kind staff, were able to just the rooms on the fly to help us out even with how late we checked in.

Everything was great!!! Location, personal, comfy bed, tasty breakfast!! The doors!! Doors are too loud, guests do not closed the door quietly gently, so often you get wake up because of noisy doors, specially if the room is close to shower and toilets! Too noise all evenig and all mornin, hard to sleep even with earplugs, maybe put some noise defenders on every door.

Very close to the monorail station, the bis stop and Kokusai street, so it's very convenient to travel around Naha city. All staffs were so nice. I traveled alone and I found that this place's very valuable and safe to stay. Not that noisy but you can hear sound from the corridor or the next room.
