Bad and smelly place with no new sheets and cushions cover. Overall messy, don't recommend Better cleanness and new sheets and proper bed rather than this mess

Location was really good We got bitten the entire night by bed bugs. The price is extraordinary low for the location but for sleeping while be eaten by bugs in your mattress is still not worthy

The staff was rude and not helpful at all, the bathroom stunk, the room was way too hot and smelly. If you come in the summer you will feel miserably hot in the room.

It was right next to the big shopping street and extremely cheap. Little glow in the dark stars. Good toilet. No sheets on bed. Extremely dirty floor and mattress. Weird white glue on wall? No sink to brush teeth in. Didn't want to use the shower and no communal area i preferred to sit on a bench in the cold and then a mccafe then go back to the hostel.

nothing really, good location but other than that awful experience the room was super small and felt more like a caddle wagon. the beds were uncomfortable and not so clean looking. air conditioning was present but always turned off and none could turn it on. there were cockroaches everywhere and a general bas smell in the facility. definitely not a clean place and for sure not worthy of staying there. i had booked 3 night but after the first one i ran away because it was just too much and too unpleasent

The location It was really hot in the room, the AC costs 300 yen per 4 hours. The bathrooms were mixed.

Nothing! It's interesting that I'm being asked to rate a hotel I didn't not stay in. I had booked 3 night at Lohas' but was moved to Stella Resort. Once I got there, I was told that my room was not availalbe and was moved to a bigger one, great! BUUUUT, the room was horrible: awkward layout where you can't stand, so much noise (I couldn't sleep until 4 am), old futon. It was so bad I asked to be moved to another the night after, which was barely better. Both rooms looked nothing like what's on their website! The toilets are terrible too. Only swinging doors separate the urinal from the main corridor!

Booked a single room, was put into a 3 bed room, but had no other roommates. So technically, I was alone, but not what I paid for. The air conditioner costs money and was a bit tricky to use.

Did not expect much because of the price, so I was mostly satisfied with the essentials -Most affordable price within the city, even has a TV inside the room -Very good location, with restaurants and konbini near the vicinity -The room, toilet, and shower room are clean Just small things -The building (outer part of the alleys) of the room are pretty messy and elevator kind of reeks of tobacco -Did not know that you had to pay for AC for several hundred yen (although it wasn't a big bump in price, it would be nice to know beforehand. -No instructions on where the reception was so I got a bit confused when entering the building

awesome location, bed is comfy and room is nice you have to pay extra for air conditioning
