Although it is a business hotel, the room is very comfortable. The bed is the right level of firmness and the pillow as well. My favorite part of the room was the desk with a little cushioned bench in the corner. It was perfect to work on my laptop or just rest after being outside. The staff were very helpful at check-in and always had a warm greeting. Last, there are two convenience stores within 50m of the entrance.

The breakfast was fine, Your staff was very good. A few more seats would have been good but you did use the room that you had very well. The facilities and staff were very courteous and kind thank you.

The price we paid was good value, especially considering the location. The check-in procedure was horrendous. We were told to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes while the room was readied for us at 15:00. They asked for our passports. At 14:50, one of the receptionists came and asked for our passports again. At 15:20, I went to the front desk to see what was taking so long, and they asked for our passports a third time. The passports were buried in my bag, so it was a hassle to dig them out. Then the receptionist said I needed to pay. "But this reservation was prepaid", I protested. She said there was no record of my payment, so I had to show her my invoice, stating "paid". After some more discussion, they finally gave me the room keys. It was good to get out of the lobby because the twanging of a recorded sanshin was becoming really irritating. Breakfast wasn't great, with not many choices and the annoying sanshin twanging for accompaniment.

Shoebox sized rooms. No king or Queen sizes beds. Breakfast offerings and layout were grossly exaggerated. We ended up eating breakfast elsewhere every morning.

The rooms were so small. Also, the shower and bathroom sink share the same faucet. Ceiling in the bathroom was low and people over 6ft may find the ceiling height a challenge.

Loved the location. 5-10 minute walk from Kokusai dori and surrounded by convenient stores. We arrived by car and were lucky to get a spot in front of the hotel for 1000 yen per night. If these were full, there were other parking lots in the area. The room is your typical small Japanese room but clean and the space is optimally used, even with a lovely lounge corner. We felt this hotel was great value. Some facilities felt slightly outdated (toilet, a/c, sheets) but everything was clean and the rooms itself were renovated and looked modern.

The staff was nice and the location was amazing. Walking distance to major shopping streets.The price for the hotel was definitely fair and a great deal actually thinking about how much variety of food was provided in the morning. Thank you very much. Nothing to complain, everything was good.

Very near to prime location - prefecture office. You can get almost all buses and yurail from there. They have very good breakfast. I am vegetarian but still I could find sufficient vegetarian options. Staff is very nice and their service is also very good… I was little hesitated to ask if I could drop my luggage at the hotel before checking and even after checkout but they were very supportive. Nothing

Early breakfast served at 0630 hr, free beverages till 2400 hrs. A car park area for drop off the luggages, with backdoor to enter the hotel. Triple room is big. Able to accomodate 2 medium size luggages. Enough USB charges at bedside. Bed is not so comfortable and only one soft pillow.
