The hotel provided self-service amenities, which were convenient and easily accessible. There was also a convenience store located on the ground floor of a nearby building, making it easy to purchase daily necessities. In addition, the hotel was situated close to several tourist attraction streets, allowing guests to explore the area conveniently on foot. The car park charging policy was not clearly communicated. If a vehicle was parked overnight and not retrieved before 2:00 PM, an additional 200 yen charge was applied. I was charged for an extra hour during my stay. When I raised the issue with the front desk, the staff were unable to provide any evidence or records to support the additional charge. Furthermore, I was not informed of this parking policy during check-in or when handing over the vehicle. Greater transparency regarding parking charges and policies would help avoid misunderstandings and improve the guest experience.

Located a few minutes walk from Asahibashi station, very easy to get to from the monorail. Also close to the main shopping street Kokusaidori. Room size was good, decent bathroom size and breakfast was great with a wide variety of food. Friendly staff and room cleaning follows SDG principles. Coin laundry had plenty of machines, was well priced including the dryer where they normally try and charge you more. There was nothing I didn't like.

Convenience for shopping, your staffs are friendly and kind, have service mind and polite. Feel save for sleeping. Breakfast counter bar is so simply and nice for customer health.

Just a quick stay because it’s near Kokusai Dori. I wouldn’t say it is a nice and relaxing choice for vacation. Our room is at the different building from the front desk and parking lot. It is just nearby but we didn’t know it when booking the room.

When we checked in, they asked if we would like a larger "more comfortable" room for a ￥2,000 upcharge. We did and we were in the Annex over the 7-11. Lawson was across the street on the same side. Room was new and modern, huge TV and brand-new laundry right down the hall. 5 min walk to the monorail. 16 min to Naha airport. Kokusai-Dori is very close too. Rooms were spotless and the beds were very comfortable.10/10 would stay here again. Nothing. Really liked everything.
