Great location, provided amenities like shampoo and conditioner which was unexpected. Super friendly staff, felt very welcomed during my stay! Could have been a bit cleaner, but overall nothing major worth complaining about. I can imagine it gets quite hot in the summer months, I was there in May and already needed to sleep with the fan directly facing me on the highest setting.

The guest house itself was built by the owners and is beautiful in every detail. It is very open which makes for an authentic summer experience and there are always people around to have a chat, beer from the adjacent bar, or jam session with. The dormitories are comfortable and spacious, and all facilities (showers/toilets) are kept super clean. Most staff speak only Japanese but there are English guides to help with check-in. The location is very central and you can reach everything in Naha very easily from the nearby monorail station, ferry port, and bus stops. For a small charge the staff will also provide home-cooked meals which is highly recommended as it was delicious! There is only one shower, which means that occasionally people will have to wait, but this is a very small detail and the shower itself is so spacious and pretty that it's easy to forget the wait.

There was a great vibe of friendliness and the communal dinners with local patrons and guests alike were fun!! Great location, a really short walk from Kokusai Dori. Clean and comfortable too It was a little hard to socialise since I knew zero japanese and there were no other foreigners staying there. People often asked me how I even decided to stay there and most conversations were mediated by google translate, but nevertheless a fun experience.

The most fun I've ever had at a guest house. Everyone is super friendly and open, and the bar is super lively at night.

The atmosphere was definitely something remarkable and the sense of community strong. The shared shower my favourite place and the café too. I would improve the cleanness and the ventilation system.
