Beautiful garden and design The room was really very small

The breakfast was quite good, though slightly more variety would've been appreciated. The pool area was nice, as was the lobby and its included toiletries/gift shop. The staff were very attentive when it came to retrieving and depositing my car into the parking tower, and always greeted us with friendliness. While I didn't try the on-property restaurant, I did take the time to venture up to the 15th floor to see the Sky Salon lounge, which served some tasty drinks and snacks. The location of this hotel is terrific, right underneath a monorail station and right down the road from a bar that my wife adores, and from the outside the place looks like a hidden gem in the city. The exact quality of the room isn't entirely what I was anticipating for the price point. I spent somewhere in the range of $850 USD for five nights, and while the hotel in general was nice, I feel the room was lacking. The bathroom was wonderful, but the bedroom didn't have much of any storage. No closets, no available drawers, no coat or shoe racks, none of the sort. The bed was comfortable, but not in the lavish way I might expect from the price point or star level.

Convenient Room too small
-
Safe option if you look for a solid accommodation in Naha - it's extremely well connected with the airport by direct Monorail line, the hotel offers a great view on Naha from upper floors, spotless clean rooms and shared areas in he hotel. For the price per night their breakfast buffet is very diverse and outstanding - including some local dishes and ingredients. Very much recommended if Naha is your base for trips to smaller remote islands or farther north on the main island.
-
Location is perfect!!!….walking distance to the international street and the ferry port. Also, next to the monorail station. Nothing
-
Clean, well-located hotel for the Naha leg of my trip. Free breakfast and nice pool area downstairs as well. The room was a little small - it was fine for me as a solo traveller, larger groups may need a larger room.
-
The staff was not welcoming at all, very cold and every little thing we asked for was always answered with no. But they were nice with other guests. Maybe some nationalities are not very welcomed there including French. Sad.
-
The hotel policy was very strict on the check in timing. I tried to check in 15 minutes before the check in time and was rejected. i would recommend revising that especially for jet lagged travellers.
-
Excellent location- 1 minute from monorail and easy walking distance to everything Excellent view in room with floor to ceiling windows on three walls! Rooftop bar also beautiful view Nothing
-
The staff was so ready to help, the room was a dream with a great view!
-
The location! It's just so close to the meibashi station which make it easy to get to and from airport. A little walking distance to Kokusai dori, and super close to Maruzen and Daiso! n/a

Location was great Some very noisy and pushy people to get first to the breakfast

Location and interior design of the hotel
-
Modern and new with great amenities. We had a wonderfully stay
-
The pools were closed during my stay, that would have been a good amenity to be able to use
-
Clean, well designed rooms, nice staff, location good (next to metro line)

It was a beautiful oasis amongst the city. It felt very curated and one thing I ALWAYS love is a signature scent when entering a space that says “I’m here.” I’ll absolutely stay here on my next visit to Naha. The food was also INCREDIBLE! The breakfast buffet was top 5 of my life and the restaurant on site was so very special. Honestly nothing. The only thing even close to negative I can mention is the robes were not sized for American visitors, but that’s more of a me problem than a detraction from the experience.
