Very clean, and the staff was very nice. The beds were clean and the blanket was comfortable. The bathroom was great, with a spacious shower area. Good soundproofing. Plenty of amenities available at all times. Breakfast was okay. There’s a Family Mart next door, which is very convenient, and it’s about a 15-minute walk from the main street of the city. We loved our stay! Nothing.

The room is new and quiet. I really enjoyed my first night in Naha. My family and I also loved the bagels and the coffee for breakfast. Also, the air conditioner is great! Everything was perfect, except that the water is only provided in bottles, and it is limited to one bottle per person. The staff in the breakfast bar is nice and friendly but they couldn't communicate well in English.

I liked the size of the room and the ease of access to the building. The check in process was a little strange. There were machines that people could use, but the people came from behind the counter and helped anyway. If they are there to help, why the need for the machines?

The staff pick you up at the ferry port in very clean air conditioned vehicles. The facility is simple but extremely clean. The staff speak ok English but to communicate through the booking app was perfect. They also made the most perfect recommendation for snorkeling, it was a day we won’t forget. Nothing
