Breakfast spread is good with choices. And like the cosy hotel feel and providing free floral teas n Sake at the lobby. Parking at the hotel is convenient too, hotel staff will help you park the car at ¥1500/day at the garage. It will be an added bonus if the hotel can consider to install & provide filtered drinking water machine at the lobby,so hotel guests can enjoy and at the same time reduce the plastic waste of buying mineral water.

Great location. Room was spacious and clean. Liked that there was a door to separate the bathroom. toilet from the beds so there was a little privacy in the room. Staff were nice.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The staff was very helpful and informative. The room was great and we love the water pressure when taking a shower. The sliding door was cute and was a great amenity. We have nothing to complain about.

Great comfy room. Spotless good shower, bed and pilows. Nice lounge area for working.

Staff were helpful specially Hazel and Grace. They were accommodating to help us with our taxi rides. Pajama and afternoon drink at the lobby was a plus. Breakfast has variety of selection. Convenient store was near. I would highly recommend this place to friends. Pajama should have an extra large size. Shopping is a little bit of far from hotel.
