The staff esp the receptionist, her last names is Daeun, she was so arrogant and not willing to help at all. She just wants to get rid of the guests in front of her as soon as possible.Not welcoming or willing to help at all.

I liked the traditional buffet breakfast meal options. Better than a typical omelet or pancakes typical of American breakfasts. It's also nice that its located on the first floor so I could immediately walk out the front door to start my day in the city. I liked pretty much everything about breakfast. I don't have any complaints.

View were great. Enjoyed the location. The breakfast was good , if the the breakfast was better then this is the most perfect stay.

The overall care and concern they had. I was checking in late with two kids and they quickly helped me get my luggage to the room. They allowed me to park a corner of the parking building. Even though the parking had closed. They talked kindly to my son and were smiling Everytime we saw them. It was a beautiful hotel stay. Perfect
