Great location, very quiet, and a comfy bed, also very clean.

A short walk from Nai Yang beach - with all the bars and food. Chill cafe, good food. Cocktails. On either side we had noisy russian moms with their noisy russian kids, playing really not great music pretty loud. I guess the rock bottom price & proximity to beach will ensure such a situation, but it didn't end up impacting us much. The AC is loud enough to drown most things out. And if i wanted peace and orderliness, I would've vacationed in Austria.

Has a nice varanda with table and chairs with a drying rack. Restaurant at front has a good reasonably priced menu, Entrance path of gravel and sand. A bit far to walk to the beach if not fit. Can rent a motorbike nearby though.

Good value. 5 minute walk to beach and bars Pool would be handy. But 2 minute walk to awesome beach. So being fussy!

The location was good, so near by the beach. Hotel Restaurant food was tasty Customer service was not that great. We had to ask for everything like the nearest shop, attractive locations, ATM, transportation.. Google maps was more helpful than the hotel customer service. Reception closed to early and open to late in the morning which made it hard for us to have breakfast at the hotel. Staff not very friendly and they didn’t smile or great. For the price we paid, we could’ve got a better place than this with many facilities plus breakfast

Close to beach The room is very very basic and overly priced. The room door lock was not competent. Carrying heavy luggage to the ground floor room is difficult since the floor is not leveled. The breakfast provided with additional cost was not that exciting and basic. Soap/shampoo not adequate. No hot water in sink.

The worst night sleep I ever had! Wouldn’t give this place even 1 star if I could. The noise from the street is unbelievable even with earplugs. The staff could not speak any English and I could not ask for the refund for the second night I booked with them so I have lost money. Everything above

It was difficult to get to speak with any staff about staying on another few nights, despite using tel numbers and via booking. We didn't get to stay on, only stayed one night, but liked the stay.
