Very quiet and staff friendly place. With free WiFi and 24/7 room and bar services on demand, you can't be wrong about your stay in Nairobi, Kenya. Food is prepared upon request to serve you after you order, and you can decide to have your meals delivered to your room. Mosquitoes can bite and interrupt your stay if you leave your windows open as they like to hide inside of your bed net during the night. I wish the TV channels in my room were working for more entertainment during my stay. It's better to use your CREDIT/DEBIT BANK CARD for Reservations and Payments as a foreigner as the local currencies and exchange rates can be confusing. The receptionists can only verify your online Hotel Reservation if you used the BOOKING.COM app or website to make it.

Food was perfect but I think more ought to be done in terms of time management Delay before breakfast is served
