It was not expensive and close to our bus station leaving early the next morning. And they had some breakfast ready for us at 5:00 am per our request There was a very loud bar across the street keeping us from sleeping. It was unusually hot in Nairobi and the hotel doesn’t have A/C or a fan in the room.

The room was paid but not available the reception was not helpful at all. Shower was not working properly I won't ever stay here again

Bar was very good. Room was nice and clean. Staffs were very nice and friendly.The bar restaurant manager was very nice and friendly. He gave me a beer. The only thing was food was not my type. But still it was okay. The only thing I didn’t like is the other side of the hotel. They were playing music very loud till 300 am in the morning. I could not sleep well. Too much shouting outside. Otherwise everything is good.

The property was in a really loud neighbourhood, also really wasn’t clean at all, the bathroom shared toilet and shower with no courtain so the water, which was cold, went all over the place. Would not recommend staying.

Staff was outstanding and made us feel very welcome and safe. Thanks for that! We had a room with balcony booked. The room had one window and that was to the hall. That was a bit disappointing surprise. The hotel could need renovation in all.

Bed was okayand the pillow was hard and stiff too. The check in process was over an hour. The booking.com is not well integrated in this country's hotel network. The room was awful and hot. The sound isolation of the hotel was very bad. You could hear everything what was happening on different floors.
