No No hot water construction working all night and no cable and they never repaired it and refused to reduce the price of the bill.

The receptionist was very helpful. The website didn’t say how run down the location was. The sink didn’t drain, air conditioning and extractor fan exceptionally noisy.

I liked the facility it is clean. Comfortable beds.Though a bit expensive The services offered by the staff. The room phone has no direction on which numbers to dial if you need help. The room was inclusive of breakfast, but one bothered to check on the guest. On our checkout, we tried talking to the receptionist, but she was just on the phone and didn't bother to talk to us. So we just left. The staff need to improve on customer service

Njoki the receptionist was AMAZING! The quality of the food was good but not exceptional.

The breakfast kitchen crew is very nice . The room is quite rundown and feels like it's breaking apart. I was expecting change from the reception but it didn't come.
