place was nice just below a small hill. there is7-11 outside. the place is private behind chocolate factory. they also have bikes to use for free. maybe should have some mosquito or bug repellent inside the room.

Perfect location. Love the flowers around. You also can order the BBQ delivery to your room. Each house has its own park.

Lovely little place, super cozy and comfy. Simple and humble. Enjoyed the stay a lot and the location is great. There was nothing not to like.

Location on google map was not correct. Cottage entrance is located beween Chocolate factory and wine shop.

Cozy home with full of facilities and activities. Located in a very good location.... very close to main road... walkable to convenience store (7-Eleven), well-known restaurant (Krua Khao Yai) and a cafe (Chocolate Factory). There is no common space (living room) in this house. so the whole family need to sit outside the house and facing the big mosquitoes during night time... It would be great if breakfast can be included.

A tranquil area, with insect sounds far from the bustle of the city. Can play bicycles and a beautiful, classic house. There is nothing I dislike. The condition inside the house is quite old-style but it's worth the price.

The is so adorable I found a little snake in the toilet

good location Old property, beds and pillows were not so comfortable, no restaurants and no food service. they have outside restaurants to order Pork BBQ and made to order menu but the charge the delivery fee which was not mentioned on the menu, for example a set of pork BBQ 399 Baht, the charge 500 Baht. No value for money.

The location of this property was fantastic in terms of it being close to key facilities and we got picked up for a tour of the park easily. The surroundings/grounds of the property are excellent and feels as though you are away from the 'hustle and bustle' of the city/town which is a positive thing as its quiet and within nature so this was our favourite part. Each house was private and spacious. Staff very friendly upon check in I think you pay a little more for the location rather than the quality of the facility/room. It needs a little updating in places and the host was very kind to address a few things that we raised so have no concerns for future guests that they will continue to be attentive.
