Staff were extremely helpful, rooms very spacious , had separate sitting room with tv and comfortable seating. Balcony with great views, very sizeable and comfy beds, separate shower and wc facilities There was a 7/11 store with direct access from hotel but this did close at 7pm which was no problem at all Restaurants were great and staff went above and beyond to help with menus Pineapple juice was amazing Even smoking room had chairs in which is very unusual but really appreciated Nothing at all

The bathtub is large, the beds are comfortable with firm mattresses. The breakfast buffet is delicious. The convenience store attached to the hotel is a nice idea. There is a supermarket and a drugstore across the street. Nice and polite staff. The entrance doors need to be pulled open and they are quite heavy; if you are carrying luggage, it is a little difficult to get in/out.

There is nothing much to do around the hotel, but there’s a supermarket and 7-11 if you need a quick meal or emergency supplies, so that’s a huge plus. Staff are very attentive and polite. Facilities are well-maintained.

All staffs were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very nice, its coffee was top quality. I enjoyed their sona and public hot pool, its so clean and nice. This is a 5 stars facilities at 3 stars price. Comfortable and valueable. None

It is a grand place with a 7/11 attached to it for convenience. plus a restaurant which has very tasty food. All ok.

The hotel staff are excellent, very polite and attentive. The room was clean and well made up. The location is nice to visit the surrounding beaches and attractions. There is plenty free parking and we had an ocean view from our room. The toilet and bath are not separated. During the pandemic many restaurants are closed which means it is very difficult to find a place to eat. The restaurant in the hotel looked lovely, but was fully booked with no space kept for hotel guests.
