Incredibly welcoming and professional staff; very clean and comfortable bedroom; delicious dinner! Almost forgot to mention the secured parking. In a very busy area of town so very noisy but very much worth it

The room and mattress were cozy. The hotel provides all the utilities one can need. I loved there was an air conditioner in the room. The curtains blocked out all the light which makes the sleep so good. Some meals offered were bland. The sink in my room was broken. The location is not the best. The regulation of hot water should be looked at, it almost gets to boiling point. Their connection with booking.com is not the best, they almost missed my booking.

Really pleasant and very clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Ann at the reception i can’t thank you enough, your service was amazing. The Breakfast is all so worth it. Lack of Windows in some rooms but the lights are in the room are sufficient.

I booked for my sister and called the in charge who was kind. Unfortunately upon her arrival she was charged double the price. Instead of paying 51 USD like the price listed here for 2 rooms she was charged over 100 USD.

The hotel asked me to pay a different amount from what was indicated on the Booking.com reservation / confirmation email (more than double the indicated cost)

Good food and great staff. Very welcoming and helpful throughout. The room was also comfortable. Location wasn't great but not terrible either. Parking wasn't good. The listing states that there is a fitness center and it was one of the reasons I booked but this turned out not to be true.
