This was a return visit to Nakuru, in large part because of Marlin Resort (and a nearby restaurant.) A terrific value that's quietly located about a 2-km walk from the CBD. Sounds penetrate through the ground floor rooms. However, not much to be concerned.

The staff were wonderful. Put in a lot of extra effort to show me around. They also helped me out with avoid scams. Walked around with Nicholas and got a free tour guide pretty much. He was very knowledgeable about the town and Kenya. He enjoys walking around when he can. He's an easy person to build a bond with. A good hearted individual with alot of wisdom. Can't think of anything I didn't like. A great hotel for the price.

Great location in near the heart of the city. The room was very clean with hot water. The owner Nicholas was helpful in organizing my trip to the national park at an affordable rate. Highly recommended. The Wi-Fi was a little weak on the second floor. It was still manageable when I was on the side of the room closest to the door. Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of.

Nice location, easy to reach. The owner was very friendly, recommended me where to eat and helped me arrange the visit to Lake Nakuru Nat. Park for the day after. The room has everything that was needed.

There was 1 nice guy who greeted us, and mosquito net It started great, however when we came back from the city, we were greeted by the manager, who started with some small talk and then told us that me and my friend couldn't sleep in the same room. (We are both male). He cited that it was because of Kenyan law, but it became clear he just wanted more money. He offered us other rooms that were more expensive or 2 different rooms. So it seemed like he was either bigoted or just greedy. Besides this, the WiFi was terrible and we just felt unwelcomed.

Breakfast okay, location fine, need to work on their parking. Parking not enough.

The bed was awesome and big enough for my two children and I.The space was a bit small for this particular room but next time I'll upgrade coz there are other bigger rooms.It was good value for my money.I would recommend it for whoever wants to enjoy hot showers,good sleep and quietness.

The manager is very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and wifi was great . The location is a bit of far away from the bus station

The close proximity to Nakuru CBD. The place was clean The guy who received me (I guess the night guard) was not courteous. He warned me of bringing another person to my room (a night girl I guess). I felt insulted and wondered what kind of staff this was. I had exclusively stated on my booking that I was booking alone! Again, If someone brought in another person through the night, they should wait at the check out and charge extra as the case maybe. I have never felt insulted as I did that night.

wow , it was so clean and so nice support staff that I should go back again. The gateman was so nice he even helped to get food from a near resturant ..He was so nice Nothing negative...the place was so sweet

Just about the mosquito net too small and with a lot of holes... Everything left was nice
