The staff were amazing. They were very helpful, friendly, loved our dog. Our room was very clean. Parking was easy. Great Internet. We never made it to the indoor pool and spa. It look nice though.

Yes the room that spotless. The check-in was really uncomfortable! Usually it's a nice gentleman with a beard and mustache that checks us in not this time some girl with a pretty bad attitude took my license did something with it on the computer and I sat there for stood there for 10 minutes waiting for her to give me keys she wouldn't give me the keys she only gave me one key I asked for another one for my husband and she acted like it was just putting her out! I'd like to have the gentleman to check me in the next time we come down and stay at shilo inn.

Older, dated property. Room was clean and comfortable. Lounge looks like it is permanently closed. Staff was friendly. Also looked older and dated. But very nice. Would stay again.

The staff was great. Booking sites showed a restaurant and game lounge. Both have been closed for a while. Breakfast is also an offer that is not honored.

Hot tub was perfect temperature. The pool isn’t long but is a nice 6ft deep so makes for a good casual swim. sauna is a nice touch not many in the area have as well as an exercise room. Staff was friendly and festive.

The staff is amazing and the rooms are spotless and well set up. This is the place to go if you want to feel important and you matter because the front desk guy he will make sure you feel important and you matter and he goes above and beyond

I can’t believe the amount of money I paid for a place that had no breakfast. The “restaurant” and or “Lounge” hadn’t been used in years. The windows had so much buildup on them you couldn’t even see out on top of the peeling walls, especially in the bathroom. The tub looked like someone had dyed their hair red and rinsed it so that half of it was this noticeable pink color. The pool only operated at certain hours, which I never knew what they were cuz the person checking me in told me nothing. I never once had a housekeeper come to my door in all of the 3 days I was there. The chair had this perfect clam shaped stain on it, which made it impossible to sit in. Then we have the parking lot that is straight ghetto with giant holes and weird campers parked in the corner and the location was not conveniently close to anything a person needed. Extremely dissatisfied.

Parking was a little sketch. Inside the building it was fine, but outside there was a constant weird smell. Obviously not the hotel's fault, but does impact the perception.

The bed was wonderful the room was very spacious but the whole hotel needs a good remodel. The hot tub was green. The staff was very nice and friendly.
