The room is clean. The room was booked through a third-party website and paid for with my credit card. However, when we arrived, we were informed that payment had to be made on-site, or we would not be allowed to check in. Since I didn’t bring the credit card, a family member had to pay for it. It was disappointing that the online booking didn’t streamline the check-in process. We were paying more than planned.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. This really added a lot to my trip, as this was my first visit to Matsu. The wifi was very strong and reliable. The hotel location is good.
