Friendly staff and tried their very best to meet customers request. However the premises need some upgrade work for maintainence of the building, room and lobby WiFi free but seems useless coz data not moving. At the end need to use own phone data international limit keep a day

Really enjoyed my stay. It was comfortable and in good location. Room was always cleaned everyday.

The first room that I got smelled a lot to cigarette even that I asked for a non-smoking room. The hotel apologized and gave me immediately another room and told me that a guest may have smoked in the room without their consent.

Clean, spacious room with soft bed. Originally I was given a smoking room, but they changed it immediately when I asked for a non-smoking room even during the busy golden week. Helpful stuff at the reception. Close to the nice hiking, nature spot. Not very close to the metro station.

Right next to the reconstructed TaiPing gate, just outside that is the White Horse park and a plank path up to the Purple Mountain and over to the Ming tombs, as well as the SE corner of Xuanwu Lake -- both excellent for morning exercise. A vibrant neighbourhood with many restaurants, and a bus stop with multiple routes including one to Nanjing Railway Station just in front. Easy walking distance to the JiuHuaShan Line 4 subway station. Good breakfast included. Loaned a nice big umbrella during heavy rainstorm.

The Hotel is very well situated near Xuanwu Lake and Purple Mountain. Also, the breakfast was delicious with lots of different dishes!

It’s perfect for a short stay or if you don’t plan to stay all day in the room. The room is very big and have all the basic necessities. Breakfast is good enough You can smoke in the rooms but if you are not a smoker it can have a bit of smoking smell. The bed is quite hard. It’s a little bit too expensive for the quality

The toilet hot blocked. The staff asked us to pay twice because that the payment from booking is late. We have to pay then twice to get room to stay inside. They can firstly arrange us a room and then ask this. After hours travel and we have to pay again for a hotel you paid online already, it feels horrible at a snowy night.

I really liked the personnel who were extremely helpful. The location was also great The weather was unusually cold for Nanjing, so it was very cold in the hotel lobby. Probably, it needs some back-up heaters or the doors should be locked to prevent the draft and save the reception staff from galling ill. But this is not the hotel to blame for such a weather

it's was a very pleasant and nice stay. Breakfast was fantastic and diverse. Location wise it was great. You could walk everywhere and also take subway if you wanted. A nice neighbourhood very close to the lake. There was in the room an ironing board and iron for the clothing. That was a nice plus. On the website it said that there was sauna, but that was not true or I couldn't find it. Gym was very small, but no one used it so it didn't matter.

Convenient to the metro. Had necessary amenities. First hotel that provided free water (rather than just 500ml) as advertised. Accepts foreigners. There were marks on the shower wall that looked like the cleaning was not up to scratch. Location was fine for work but not that convenient as a tourist. Expensive hotel for what it was - most places I stayed around China were cheaper and better equipped.

Mostly it was because I did not have a detailed breakout of the costs per day, and so was shocked and upset when I discovered I paid over 900 RMB on the first day. If I had known that I would not have stayed.
