Location can view the Nanjing city from the higher floor The tv set is not appropriate size , should be bigger and high definition, as a 5 stars hotel, should be better.

The breakfast and the location of the hotel was excellent. The room could have been more modern, apart from that we enjoyed our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly return. The room was incredibly spacious, featuring a large bathroom that included both a separate bathtub and shower, as well as a set of high-quality toiletry amenities and robes. I was fortunate to stay on the 65th floor, and the view was stunning. Upon arrival, I was welcomed with a fresh fruit plate that included a dragon fruit, a large apple and pear, and a banana—a thoughtful touch. The exercise room was well equipped and more than sufficient for a solid workout. The hotel’s lunch and dinner buffet was reasonably priced and offered a wide variety of options, catering to many tastes. The location is also a major plus—just steps from the metro station, and right across the street are local eateries, a McDonald’s, and Paris Baguette. Additionally, the hotel is directly connected to a shopping center, which includes a Manner Coffee shop—perfect for a morning pick-me-up or an afternoon break. I also enjoyed the complimentary wine offered at the lounge after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel spans about 80 floors and uses two separate elevator systems—one for the common areas and another for the guest rooms—so you’ll need to transfer elevators to reach your room. It’s a minor inconvenience, but the only real hassle during an otherwise excellent stay.

Great hotel with great staff. It's next to a mrt station and convenient. I had a wanderful one week stay there. Breakfast still could be improve.

The room was absolutely clean and warm with absolutely comfortable beds to sleep in. Food is easily available around the hotel with ease of transportation choice, be it Didi or the metro. We were informed that we were upgraded upon check-in. It would have been an excellent stay if the housekeeping team had cleared my eaten fruits after first night. Unsure if there was any protocol, my fruits were clearly cut and consumed but not cleared away after the room is made up each day (stayed three nights). The reception and concierge had been helpful with our queries on services.

The staff were friendly. Unfortunately this hotel was very uncomfortable, the bathroom was dirty and the carpets had stains all over it. This made my stay very unpleasant. The quality has dropped significantly since I visited in 2018. I was sad as I had high hopes.

The room is spacious and the location is excellent. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The central air conditioning system had been stopped while the outside temperature was above 25 C. Our room temperature ever went to 28 C. We had to get the staff to open the side windows and put a fan in our room.

Top location, top building with 5* facilities The room service was good - nobody - really nobody speaks English (not even on the phone for general assistance) in an international 5* hotel !!! - the staff is generally lazy and not willing to help - the Buisness center: hahaha; 3 PCs, 1 Apple, 3 printers, 2 scanners, non of those working... - the room is icecold, the AC is not adjustable. - asked for milk in the room (for coffee): answer: we don't have milk; after a lot of complaining the milk arrived 30 minutes later at a rocket price

No doubt it has an amazing breakfast and the best views in town. It sits right on top of Gulou station with 2 subway lines, so you can't complain about the location and the fun of being in the tallest tower in the city. The rooms have not been renovated or improved since opening in early 2010s, so a lot of the in-room features are either obsolete or need replacement... switched rooms because the bathroom sink wouldn't drain properly. Additionally, a lot of the common areas, esp. the 78th floor lounge, did not have the A/C down low enough... I was sweating inside... even my room wouldn't go lower than 24~25 C. Yes, I was visiting in hottest week of the year in July, but I'm sure they have proper HVAC and were choosing to keep the temps up. Lastly, the pool (indoor only now; outdoor section is closed) is managed by 3rd party and mostly used to host swimming lessons, and they said the spa is closed permanently. I'd try somewhere else next time, personally.
