The location - right next to the main (northern) train station was fantastic. Plus the hotel is so tall & unique that it easy to spot from a distance (help with navigating when on foot). The breakfast was quite abundant, though the coffee was basic only. All staff were very friendly. When I asked for a city map, the reception staff provided me with a splendid one. Only problem was it was all in Chinese, so I had to use Google Translate to find key sights to help judge distances. The reception staff answered my questions about hiking on Shijin Shan pretty well. More tips for foreigner hiking-fans would be on my wish list.

The breakfast buffet was really good. My room came with amazing view. The staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to help. The hotel is also very well located right next to the train station. Even the immigration staff at the airport were really professional. Nothing

It's convenience to go from the airport. They have the direct bus to arrive to hotel. The room is big and comfortable. Staff are friendly. Many beautiful place near the hotel. Good breakfast. Good view from the room. Look outside little old but no problem.

It is located by the beautiful city lake and right next to a subway station. The breakfast was impressive! You can find many options, including lots of Nanjing traditional food and western style breakfast. What I enjoy most was the gorgeous view of the Xuanwu Lake. The staff at the reception were very nice. The whole experience was terrific! It is a highly cost-effective stay and I strongly recommend it to everyone who travel to Nanjing.

Breakfast was really good. If you get a upper floor lake view room the view is incredible. The hotel smelled constantly of cigarette smoke. People smoke in the hotel, and staff don't really care.

Location is also really conveniant, 3 min walk from the metro with a nice view over the lake.

It was overall a good experience. I would recommend this hotel. The bed is quite hard. The location or entrance is a little difficult to find if you aren't familiar with the area. You are going to pay about 16RMB for the parking every day. The food at the buffet is cold/room temperature. Not hot at all, unless you wait for the new food to get added to the pile.

Breakfast plentiful though extremely busy with lots of families. Location was ok; I knew I would be able to use the metro to get into central Nanjing and it's a short walk to the metro in Nanjing Train Station. No problem there. Price pretty reasonable and staff friendly (not much English). The hotel location overlooks the lake (if you're in the correct side of the hotel to face it) but the actual hotel location is near some unappealing transport links. It's fine just don't expect a glamorous hotel front like some of the more central (and expensive) ones in Nanjing. The time I went it was very busy at breakfast but all fine.
