The staff is the most helpful and most friendly. Chinese people are one of the best people in the world.

I appreciated the staff and how they eagerly assisted me with the check-in process although their English skills were limited. They were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a typical Chinese buffet style and was fairly good. Although the location was in a quiet area, it was a bit far from the center. There wasn't much to visit nearby.

The hotel is worth the money. The reception Ms. LiLy Wang was very supportive and friendly. I asked her to help me order food and she was very nice. All receptions can speak English a little bit.

I really liked the staff of the hotel. Although they don't speak English well, they never left me unassisted. They use their phone translators to help me, most particularly Mr Allen & Miss Lily, always go out of their ways to help me. From scanning the washing machine/dryer to ordering a taxi on Didi or replying any of my queries. Moreover, this place is value for money as you get way more than what you paid for. The breakfast buffet is absolutely delicious. The bedroom is very comfortable. The wifi is very good. Without hesitation, i will definitely come back to his hotel. I feel very sorry to say that room service wasn't always good. Some housekeepers barely clean the room. They simply mop it in less than one minute. I moved the bed to look for something underneath, and i found lots of dust! The only thing that the hotel needs to improve on is the housekeeping and cleaning of carpets found in the corridor. Otherwise, the lobby & restaurant are absolutely clean.

The beds were clean and I did like the cooperative work of the stuff The carpets in the floor was dirty , and in the hallways always was the smell of smoke everywhere and it was really making me uncomfortable.

Nice interiors Staff was not speaking English at all, the hotel is old and neglected. Breakfast is awful, sometimes things were missing they didn’t even offer new food and some food was not available for days

The location is quiet, but not too far from the city. Free parking available. Check in is fast with friendly receptionist. Overall room is very clean and comfort.

This place is exceptionally great! it has everything and the staff is super nice! I can’t wait to come again!

Breakfast was really good, a high standard. Staff where very helpful and took time to assist me when I needed tham, The staff are a credit to your hotel. Very noisy banging doors until 0100 in the morning. Doors need some rubber stoppers to stop them slamming when guests let go of their door when closing.
