Location is good and easily accessible around the surrounding. Many shopping center and eatery shop nearby. MRT also easily access to other places of interest. The toilet shower tap pressure is too low. TV reception is poor and visuality on the TV screen is bad.

locate in the center of Nanjing Everything else was disappointing. The hotel uses a centralized air conditioning system that kept the room at around 79°F (26°C) the entire time, and there was no way to lower the temperature. The room was unbearably hot, and it actually triggered my asthma. I asked the staff for help several times, but instead of solving the problem, they only provided a very noisy fan that did little to cool the room. They were unwilling or unable to offer any effective solution. To make matters worse, the windows could not be opened, so there was almost no ventilation. The room felt extremely stuffy and uncomfortable throughout my stay. For a hotel under the Holiday Inn brand, this was far below my expectations.

The room was very clean, quiet with nice view. The room temperature can be adjusted to comfortable level. The breakfast was terrific, providing abundant choices and the dining hall was very spacious . It was the best breakfast we had at hotels during our trip. The staff was very friendly and greeted us whenever they saw us. We locked our key in the room once and the front desk quickly provided another key for us.

The staff is fantastic! As first-time visitors to China, a helpful team of front-desk professionals is essential. They went above and beyond to ensure we were safe, had transportation, and taught us to use AliPay. They went above also made photo copies - which would otherwise have been a challenge. The location was great. We enjoyed the proximity to the Confucius Temple and many great street food options. The young lady at the lobby bar became a good friend and was very kind. The rooms were spacious and perfectly clean. Our trip was extended and we could not have picked a better place! Nothing. It was great.

Great location and a wonderful room. It was easy to access everything and fun to be one block from the Confucius Temple and Wende Bridge area. The staff was kind, helpful, and friendly. We will miss them. I would definitely stay there again. Nothing. It was excellent.

Convenient location, helpful staff and comfortable room. Curtains don’t close properly thus was bright when the sun rises.

Next to shopping mall Room allocated was small from the price I paid. Previous stay room was bigger however through out five nights were disturbed by overnight work along the road. I feedback to FO and was promised a free upgrade on my next trip but didn’t happen . May consider changing hotel in the future trip. Thanks

Convenient location next to shopping mall with eating options and also close to 2 metro stations. The rooms are nothing special but comfortable and fair value for the price.
