The location is excellent! The staffs are very friendly. The toilet makes so noisy sound whenever we flush it. It is inconvenient at night to interrupt others who sleep at the same suite.

This is the most famous and historic hotel in Nanjing since 1980s (I grew up there). I finally got the chance to stay and everything exceeded my already high expectations. All staff went out of their way to help us, were super friendly and efficient. The location is the most central in Nanjing, with high quality shopping, food, and kids playground nearby. Room was well maintained and has great view of the city. And you've got to visit the top floor lounge/restaurant in both towers if you can for the panoramic view of the city. The hotel's breakfast and dinner restaurants all have excellent food and service (much better than typical restaurants outside and brings me back childhood memories). All this for a fraction of the price you'd pay for similar quality hotels and restaurants in big cities worldwide.

Room spectacular and the Italian restaurant was delicious! Cocktail bar didn't seem to be really functioning. Staff had little knowledge on the 1st floor.

I booked Jinling Hotel for my parents as Mother's Day present. They had a great time and unforgettable memories there. Thank you for all your effort and support. The front desk service was excellent and truly thoughtful. Knowing that my parents are seniors, they upgraded our room to one with easier shower access. We were very impressed by their care and attention to detail. The room is spacious, clean and quiet with great view! My parents also enjoyed the breakfast very much! Everything is great!

The food and service were excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. A special thanks to the Housekeeping department (HT), who kindly helped return some items I had accidentally left behind in my room.

The staff service was impeccable. When we arrived they rush out to get our luggage out from the car. Also it was very hot weather and we wanted a room with best AC and they accommodated us very well. The location of the hotel is central, right at the north west corner of the statue of Dr Sun Yat San. The underground is connected to all adjacent building and malls and also to the subway entrance. We also like the swimming pool a lot (25 m).

The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the service is excellent. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the strong water pressure in the shower.
