The location is excellent and the room had everything that you would need It would be difficult for non Chinese speaking people to check in. The room is ok but a little dated. As commented in other posts there is no cutlery or plates

Very large room, had fridge and washing machine! Cleaning staff were terrific. Bed was comfortable. Great location. Fantastic value for Nanjing. No sign on building saying it’s Kaibin Apartments; reception is a small office on Level 6. Washing machine, but no drier! We dried clothes by hanging them at the window. Cooking facilities but no dishes, cooking utensils, etc. Some stuff in questionable condition; a hot water tap fell out in the bathroom!
