Suning Universal Hotel All-Suites

Location, views. Easy walk to local districts, food, university Zifeng Tower Seemed like great value when pre-booking from north America. However, once travelling around China a bit, it is clear that Much better is available for 1/2 the price

During our stay, most staffs I met at the hotel, including housekeeping staffs are very responsive and helpful, especially staff at front desk 石依婷 and 陈浩, both are very helpful, friendly, caring and proactive. Sadly the queen size bed seem smaller than a standard queen size or else it could have been more comfy. Also, throughout our stay, the air conditioning system of the building was under maintenance but we were only informed about it when we arrived to check in, so our room is a bit stuffy. And it would be much more convenient if the room has coffee cups or mugs provided.

Nice, bright, big rooms. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast with friendly staff. Most of the reception staff barely speaks English, making it difficult to ask questions. The closest subway station is 15 minutes away. Guests are smoking in the hotel (the hotel doesn't seem to do much about it) and the smoke comes into the room through the air conditioning.

Spacious rooms and neat and tidy. Well stocked with sewing kits etc, clean bathrooms, good breakfast

The rooms were huge with 2 double beds. Amenities were well provided and breakfast was good. The gym is well equipped and the children enjoyed playing ping pong while waiting for the laundry which was next to the gym. Probably can improve the washing machines and dryers in the laundry room.

Rooms were great, large and staff very friendly and helpful. Reception staff in particular were very friendly and the reception area was lovely. You could have made more of the spa. We went to have a look but the member of staff was smoking at the spa reception (not a good look) and couldn't tell us or show us the options for treatments. The swimming pool looked poor.

We had a fantastic view from our room over Nanjing city! Lots of restaurants, bars and cafes in the area. We received a very warm welcome at check-in and easy to leave our bags at the reception after check-out for picking them up later in the afternoon.

Very beautiful nice hotel The pool opening hours are 12-20 o clock so along our stay we didn’t get the possibility to use it even tough we just booked it for the pool. Very bad WiFi. Not enough towels, not teacups or coffee, coffee in the lobby is 25 rmb for filtert coffee.
